Implemented monthly Executive Review including budget and forecast variance analysis, Operations KPI scorecard, and FY forecast with gap analysis. 

Implemented Data Lake, BI Visualization reporting, and built an in-house M&A finance team which closed 8 transactions totaling $100m Revenue.
