Elmar is a proactive FP&A and Analytics leader with 28 years of experience driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. He brings deep expertise across Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Technology, with a strong track record of improving business processes, optimizing cost structures, and implementing innovative solutions that bridge business needs and technical capabilities.​

Elmar spent nearly three decades in leadership roles within the $25B+ Coca-Cola North America system, partnering across The Coca-Cola Company and its 60+ independently owned bottlers. He led strategic business transformations, process optimization efforts, and data systems integrations that delivered revenue growth, cost efficiency gains and operational turnaround. Earlier in his career, he also served as an accountant in the international oil and gas sector.​

Elmar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA degree from the University of New Orleans. He also completed studies of Economic Cybernetics at Baku State University and Systems Analysis at Tulane University. A fluent speaker of English, Russian, Turkish, and Azerbaijani, Elmar is passionate about combining business acumen with the cutting-edge technical insights to deliver actionable results.​
