Ron is a procurement and supply chain executive with extensive experience in developing strategies, building teams, delivering results, and driving improvement. He is a strategic leader who uses his deep expertise with leveraging data and analytics, leading cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and implementing lean continuous improvement methodologies to drive  transformations in various mid to Fortune 500 public and private companies.

He has strong competencies in global procurement, supply chain, outsource manufacturing, and M&A integration..  He is a proven negotiator, change agent, developer of internal and external partnerships, and recruiter and developer of high-performing teams.

His experience includes VP Procurement roles at Ventura Foods LLC and Ingram Micro, multiple procurement and supply chain leadership roles in an 18 year career at Avery Dennison, and various operational improvement and logistics leadership roles in a 10 year career at 3 PepsiCo divisions (Pizza Hut, KFC, and PepsiCo Food Services).  He has experience in the food (manufacturing, logistics, food service, and retail), CPG, technology solutions/services, and telecommunications industries.

He is a board member for Food Donation Connection that partners with donors in retail (Whole Foods, Wawa, etc.) and food service (Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, etc.) to facilitate the donation of 65M pounds per year of wholesome prepared food
