He has led healthy, stagnant, and underperforming companies through growth, turnaround, scaling, M&A integration, strategic planning and execution, and operational excellence initiatives.

His experience includes Head of Enterprise Transformation and Promotional Solutions COO at Deluxe ($2.2B), Head of Client Experience at ADP’s Benefits Services Division ($250M), and VP of Process Improvement at Equifax ($5.3B).
