Joachim Fricke, an Interim-hands-on Operations Executive with 40+ years of operational background in the automotive, electrical, industrial equipment and the pharmaceutical industry is recognized as a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and focus on results. He has a proven ability to solve complex business and operational problems, change cultures and lead international teams that consistently achieves outstanding results.

Joachim. holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and a degree in Industrial Engineering. He has worked in the Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Electrical Components and the Pharmaceutical Industry for 20 years in Germany, 17 years in the US and Canada and 4 years in Mexico. Additionally, Joachim has had numerous short and medium term assignments in Asia (China, India, South Korea), Europe (France, Italy, UK) and South America (Brazil). He is a dual citizen (Germany and Canada), fluent in English and German and has a good conduct of the Spanish language.

Joachim and his wife Conny have 2 sons, Sebastian and Christian, who are both engineers and one holds a CPA. They live in Montreal respectively Bermuda. We all enjoy the fabulous outdoors in the Eastern Townships, while skiing, hiking, sailing and motorcycling.
