- Developed and implemented collaborative forecasting, planning, and replenishment (CPFR) process with several key customers. Received supplier of the year awards from 3 customers due to significant improvements in cross-functional collaboration, in-stock levels, and excess & obsolete inventory.
- Implemented supply chain scorecards for top customers based on their metrics and expectations. Implemented root cause analysis and corrective action processes resulting in 20-30% improvements in on-time and complete order performance.
- Developed and implemented sales and operations planning (S&OP) process with our Marketing, Sales, Supply Planning, and Production Planning teams. Received corporate leadership award for superior service management due to improving fill rates above 98% while also improving inventory turns by 15%.
